رحمة ضياء هي صحفية مستقلة، ومؤسسة مبادرة "مدرسة المناخ". تعمل مع منصات عربية ودولية، شاركت في الكثير من ورش العمل والمؤتمرات الدولية وحصلت على زمالات في مصر والأردن وهولندا وألمانيا وفرنسا حول تغير المناخ والاستدامة.

أنتجت ثلاثة تحقيقات استقصائية مع أريج هي شهيق أسود ومبارك كول وشراء الوهم.

فازت بسبع جوائز صحفية محلية ودولية، أبرزها جائزة هيكل للصحافة العربية عام ٢٠١٩ وآخرها جائزة تغطية المناخ الآن "الصحفي الناشئ" لعام 2021.

تم اختيارها من ضمن ٥٠ سيدة ملهمة لعام ٢٠١٩ من قبل مجلة نساء من مصر واختيرت ضمن ٢١ سيدة مؤثرة لعام ٢٠٢١ من مجلة احكي وسفارة هولندا في مصر.

independent Jordanian journalist and has several published in-depth reports and investigations with Arij and The New Arab newspaper (Al Araby) which is based in London. She holds a master's degree in new media from the Jordan Media Institute.

Lina Abu Ghazala, producer and presenter of television and radio programs. She received her bachelor's degree in radio and television from Yarmouk University in 2004. Abu Ghazaleh worked in many local radio stations and aspires to produce unique media content

Jamal Haydara, a Yemeni journalist. Haydara holds a bachelor's degre in radio and tv from from San'a University in Yemen and has a master's degree in media from the Institute of Arab Research and Studies in Cairo. He started his career 11 years ago, and has worked as a tv correspondent, reporter, producer and presenter.

Shabul holds a bachelor's degree in English. He has enrolled in several training courses in human development and information. He works as an editor and content writer and has presented many TV shows. In addition, Al Shabul is a founding member of the Florida-based International Festival Organization and the chairman of the Public Relations and Development Committee

Tala Ayoub, works as a journalist for the Jordanian daily Al-Rai, she is specialized in social and humanitarian issues, and mobile journalism (she has won an international award in this field). Ayoub won 10 local awards for her articles and in-depth reports.

Salam Freihat is an independent journalist. Fraihat has a bachelor degree in journalism from Al Yarmouk University and has received her training in media from several media institutions. In 2019, She won third place for a report she has done on child labor. Freihat focuses in her coverage on women, human rights and environment.

Salma Nassar holds a bachelor's degree in radio and television from Zarqa University. She won first prize in 2020/2021 in Al Hussein Cancer Award for Young People and participated in the "You can" volunteer campaign to raise awareness of the harms of smoking . Nassar aspires to become a photojournalist and she dreams of doing her master's degree in "Israeli Studies" at Birzeit University

Huda AL Hanayfeh works as content writer, and has a bachelor's degree in Arabic lanaguage from Petra University. Al Hanayfeh has written several in depth reports and is interseted in investigative journalism Of her works:

Saba al-Mansour is a Syrian journalist. Al Mansour works at the Center to Defend freedom of Journalists (CDFJ) in Jordan. She has a bachelor degree in law and has a diploma in digital media from Luminus Technical University College

Syrian journalist born in Amman, Sleikh holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and media from the Middle East University and got a scholarship to study graphic design at The University of Kairon, Germany, and received a UNESCO grant to study creative media design at the Australian College in Amman. Sleikh is interested in refugees issues, fighting racism and bullying

Haddadeen has a master's degree in digital media production from Oxford Brooks University in Britain, has worked with a number of local and foreign video editing channels and companies and is currently working as a photographer and video editor with Nardin Art Productions and Media. Haddadeen loves documentary film and hopes to produce documentary films in the future.

has worked as an editor and producer in different tv channels since 2015. Al Emleh holds a Master's degree in Media from the Middlea East University and is currently studying graphic design and working in research.

Marah Yousef holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Petra University. During her study she volunteered in Syrian refugees’ camps. Youssef loves sports reporting and wishes to work on investigations dealing with sports issues.

جيهان الكردي، حصلت على منحة لدراسة بكالوريوس الإعلام في الجامعة العربيّة المفتوحة وتخرجت سنة 2019، بدأت مسيرتها في مجال الإعلام بالتدريب لدى راديو البلد. الكردي مهتمة بتقديم البرامج الثقافية وإنتاج التقارير ذات القيمة الإنسانية. صدر لها كتاب بعنوان "ظلال من ورق" كما انشأت بودكاست خاصا بها باسم "نقوش عربية".
