General

• Payments must be completed in full to confirm registration.
• Full refunds are available for cancellations received on or before 3 November 2025.
• Cancellations made between 4 and 18 November 2025 are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 19 November 2025.
• Refund requests are sent to registration@arij.net
• All refunds are subject to applicable transaction fees, which will be deducted from the original registration amount.
• No shows are not eligible for refunds.
• Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.
• The ticket holder is responsible for checking the date, time, location of the forum.
• All attendees and their belongings are subject to security checks upon entry.
• Prohibited items will be confiscated. The organizer and security personnel reserve the right to remove any item deemed a security risk.
• ARIJ reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, venue, or format (e.g., switching to a fully virtual format) as necessary. In case of cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, ARIJ will notify all participants and outline available options.
• All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
• By attending the ARIJ Forum, you must make sure to review the photography consent agreement in the registration form. ARIJ may use these materials for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
• Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be used solely for event-related communication, coordination, and support.
• Early bird ticket price is 190$. Ticket purchases are subject to transaction fees, which will be included in the total ticket price displayed at checkout.
• Please ensure you use the same email address for all communications related to the ARIJ Forum.
• If you are registering using bank cards from the following Arab countries: Libya, Syria, Sudan, Yemen, and Somalia or worldwide from Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of the Congo, Myanmar, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Haiti, and Liberia, please note that online payment is currently not available. To complete your registration, you must contact us at logistics@arij.net to arrange an alternative payment method.
